From 2020 September 1st companies , which are operating in Netherlands must register their drivers at https://www.postedworkers.nl and indicate the person , who represent their company. A posted worker under the decree No. STB-2016 -219 must have these documents:

• An employment contract;
• A1 form;

Penalties:

* if a posted driver (employee) is paid a lower wage rate than the Dutch minimum, the fine can be up to € 10,000 for each posted employee.
* if the inspector finds a violation, the employer must pay the amount due to the employee within four weeks, otherwise, for each employee on each working day when no overdue salary was paid, the employer will be fined up to € 500.
* the amount of the fine imposed on the employer may not exceed € 40,000 per employee.
