Our history

With the rapid changes in the European Union's carrier controls and administrative requirements, we have decided to create a service that many of the players in the European freight transport market cannot do without. By combining our 10 years of experience in the haulage market, our contacts abroad and our network of representatives, we are able to offer exceptional value to any transport business that operates in EU countries, where the requirements that came into force a few years ago now require administrative actions without which even small businesses can face financial penalties.

We (Rosena) are a team of professionals working in the field of transport more than 10 years. Long-term experience gives us a possibility to be flexible and to quickly adapt to the on-going changes in the market.

Directive (EU) 2020/1057 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 July 2020 laying down rules concerning the posting of drivers in the road transport sector (the Directive) enters into force on 15 February 2022. Under this procedure, a single Internal Market Information (IMI) system will be available for filling in the details of the posted driver and the vehicle.
