From the 26^th of December 2016 vehicles companies working in Italy and engaging in coastwise transportations in the territory of Italy should have a representative, who would fill out and submit the data about minimal wage of posted workers.

A posted worker under the decree No. 36/216 should have these documents:

• An employment contract;
• A report about the posting: one copy is for the driver to have in the vehicle and the other copy is for the representative in Italy.
