From the 1^st of July 2017 the reports (MiLoG) about posted workers to Germany have to be submitted electronically. HERE is the link to websit.

By the regulations of minimum wage in Germany, if you are the employer, you should know that you should submit the information about your workers, who provide transportation services in Germany, in this portal. The drives can be registered for posting no longer than for 6 months.

We would like you to remind that from the 1^st of January 2017 minimum rate is 8,84 EUR per hour in Germany.

Penalties:

• Up to 30,000 EUR by not following the responsibilities: to manage the documents properly, to declare a worker via website as well as by violating requirement of tolerance and cooperation during the checking;
• Up to 500,000 EUR by not paying for the provided service or by not paying salary on time for a worker or a hired worker of services provider.
