From the 1^st of January 2017 companies engaging in coastwise transportations in the territory of Austria have to fill out this document before posting the driver. Here is the link to website.

The drivers can be registered for posting no longer than for 6 months.

By filling out in the system, these data will have to be entered:

• Data about the employer (name of the company, address, VAT identification number, postal code)
• Data of the driver (name, surname, nationality)
• Registration number of vehicle;
• Beginning of work relationship

Penalties:

If you do not take responsibility to declare posting of the worker, a penalty, which value can be up to 5,000 € per worker (up to 10,000 €, if the violation is repeated), can be imposed.
